PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Plants collected from soil treated with AgriGro are displayed on the left, while those from the untreated control side are shown on the right. The plants grown in AgriGro-treated soil demonstrated higher plant counts and tiller production and were taller on average.
GRAIN PRODUCTION
The heads from plants treated with AgriGro prebiotics averaged 4 additional kernels per head compared to those from the control plants. The 1,000-kernel weight of AgriGro-treated kernels was comparable to the control, with only a 1-gram difference.
LATE SEASON TISSUE SAMPLE ANALYSIS
The results from the late-season tissue samples reveal that plants grown in AgriGro-treated soil had higher levels of 5 out of 6 macronutrients and 3 out of 5 micronutrients compared to the control samples.
SOIL ANALYSIS
The results from the 0-3 inch soil sample show that the organic matter content in the AgriGro-treated soil is 1.2% higher than in the control soil. Additionally, the AgriGro-treated soil exhibits increased levels of phosphorus, magnesium and calcium. The microbial activity within the AgriGro-treated soil was shown to be more than double at the first visit.
COLLECTED DATA
The in field data collected shows that the plants grown in the AgriGro-treated soil exhibited increases in plant counts, GreenSeeker values, vegetative cover, above ground biomass, root mass and microbiometer values.
After collecting and analyzing in-field data, including tissue, soil, and microbiometer tests, it is evident that plants treated with AgriGro prebiotics display greater above ground biomass, healthier characteristics, and increased soil microbial activity compared to the control.
